Onepak Promotes Sam Roach to CXO

BOSTON, December 8, 2021 – Onepak, creator of the first return logistics platform that powers the circular economy, today announced the promotion of Sam Roach to the role of Chief Experience Officer (CXO) where he will continue his work of delivering elegant and frictionless user experience for Onepak’s product family and customer-facing interactions.

Roach is a two-time Emmy nominee as a producer and has won more than a dozen awards across his career for creative design and production. He has spent his entire career at the leading edge of digital design and communications.

Previously, Roach was Founder and CEO of UXCTRL, a network of design professionals that provides UX and creative services to ESG-focused organizations. Prior to UXCTRL, Roach was the UX Lead for Fidelity Investments’ Service Transaction Enablement team and served as Senior Information Architect and UX lead for Constant Contact.

Roach is a member of MIT’s Sloan School of Management Executive Design Thinking Program working and studying with global thought leaders in product design, complex systems and development. He is a certified Scrum Master and holds user experience and web development certificates from Bentley University and Clark University.
