If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality or performance of your OnePak Shipping Kit, just return your selection for a prompt, courteous, and full refund of the purchase price of the kit. Simply send the unused/unsatisfactory materials to the address specified on the return label within 30 days of purchase for a full product cost refund. Please note that delivery costs are not refundable, as the carriers (USPS, Fedex, etc.) do not provide refunds on completed deliveries.
