Q1: Why should I use OnePak
Shipping Supply Kits? Are they better than the other packaging solutions?
A: OnePak Shipping Supply Kits provide the highest
quality complete packaging for your item at the lowest price, and
home delivery saves you the time and the inconvenience of a trip.
Our Shipping Supply Kits are professional grade materials, and cost
up to 50% less than the rates charged for the traditional packaging
materials. Usually office supplies are not sold as individual items
but sold as boxes in bundles and bubble wrap in bulk, making it
very expensive and inefficient for people who only want to ship
one or two items at a time.
Q2: Does OnePak provide shipping
or pickup services?
A: No, OnePak provides shipping supplies only.
You can get shipping and pickup services from your carrier of choice.
Q3: Do the cost of your shipping
supplies include postage for outgoing delivery?
A: No, the prices quoted are the cost of the shipping
supplies only. The cost of postage for outgoing delivery will be
determined by the weight of the package after it is packed, and
the type and speed of delivery you choose. You can calculate postage

Q4: Where are your Shipping
Supply Kits available for delivery?
A: At this time our products are only available
for delivery in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Some Canadian addresses are also
deliverable. Please contact us
if you have a question about specific availability.
Q5: Will my Shipping Supply
Kit arrive in good condition?
A: All OnePak Shipping Supply Kits are wrapped
in protective polyurethane plastic before leaving the factory, so
your white boxes, tubes and other kit items arrive in clean, professional
condition.
Q6: I don't have a lot of space
for shipping supplies
do OnePak Shipping Supply Kits take
up a lot of storage space?
A: One of the biggest benefits of our products
is that because our air packaging material is inflatable, the complete
kits store FLAT (less than 1" thick per BoxPak). This not only
saves you storage space upon arrival, but saves you money in delivery
cost to you because carriers charge for dimensions of deliveries
as well as weight. By delivering our kits to you flat, we reduce
the cost of delivery by 80% or more making individual purchase possible.
Plus your storage requirements are reduced by up to 95% compared
to traditional bulk packaging material.
Q7: How can I pay for my OnePak
order?
A: At this time we accept online orders using
all major credit cards and PayPal. Sorry, but we do not currently
accept mail-in orders using checks, money orders or cash.
Q8: Do I need to register on
onepak.com site to order online?
A: No, registration on onepak.com site is not
required, we tried to make the ordering process as quick and hassle
free as possible. You will be redirected directly to payment processing
after selecting products on the New
Order page and clicking on the "Checkout" button.
Please note that the "New Order" page requires JavaScript enabled in your browser.
A warning message will be displayed if it's not enabled.
Q9: The "Checkout"
button is not lighting up on the New Order page or calculations
are not correct. What should I do?
A: - Please, be sure you have answered all questions
on the order form.

enabled in your browser's security settings.
- Try "refreshing" your browser
to make sure the page has fully loaded.
Q10: How come I sometimes don't
see the option to pay by credit card (only PayPal) after I click
"Checkout"?
A: The screen you see once you click "Checkout"
is determined by a PayPal cookie stored on your computer. If you
are a PayPal account holder, PayPal stores a cookie on your computer
which tells the checkout system to assume you would like to use
PayPal by default. If that cookie does not exist on your computer,
then it is assumed you do not have a PayPal account and you get
the dual-pay option screen (Credit Card or PayPal). You can "Delete
Cookies" on your web browser to clear all cookies and therefore
see the dual-pay screen, or, you can simply click the button that
says "Click here if you do not have a PayPal account"
from the PayPal checkout screen.
Q11: Do you combine shipping
on multiple item orders?
A: Yes, if your order has more than one item,
the Kits will be bundled together and shipped as one order. If you
order three or more Paks, regular ground delivery is FREE!
Q12: How long will it take
for my order to ship?
A: All orders received will be shipped out by
the end of the next business day. Click here for details and our
list of holidays. Once your order leaves our warehouse, actual delivery
time will be based on your location, selected carrier, and delivery
type.
Q13: How can I be sure your
cardboard, inflatable plastic, etc., will be strong enough for protecting
my shipment?
A: All OnePak Shipping Supply Kits are made of
the highest quality materials, and meet or exceed the quality of
packaging materials found in retail shipping stores. Most OnePak
Shipping Supply Kits include cardboard which is at least 200# grade
(standard in the industry, some kits are 275# double wall or heavier).
The plastics used in our inflatable air packaging systems are commercial
grade and are highly puncture resistant. (Note that if your item
has excessively sharp edges or points, it is important that you
should please wrap these areas with masking tape or paper first.)
Q14: Do OnePak Shipping Supply
Kits qualify as "insurable" packaging for shipping with
various carriers?
A: All OnePak Shipping Supply Kits meet or exceed
packaging standards set by the the major carriers; however, it is
important to note that insurability is based on the package contents,
not the packaging itself. Some items such as food, perishables,
animals, excessively fragile items, etc., cannot be insured. Please
check with your carrier of choice for the insurability of your item.
Q15: Do you provide a Shipping
Supply Kit for computer monitors?
A: Yes, we do. If your monitor is a CRT/VGA type
(not flat screen), please, use our X-Large BoxPak. If your monitor
is a flat screen or quasi-flat screen, use the Large BoxPak. X-Large
BoxPak has a max item size of 17" x 17" x 17", Large
BoxPak has a max item size of 20" x 16" x 8", please
measure your monitor first to make sure it does not exceed any of
these dimensions.
Q16: In trying to ship a computer,
my local shipping/drop-off store told me that it had to be in the
original packaging or double-boxed for the sponsor carrier of the
store to insure it. Is this true?
A: Each carrier has specific insurability guidelines.
If your local shipping store told you this, we suggest you either
ask that store for the designated carrier's documentation on insurability.
Or, you may wish to check that carrier's web site for insurability
guidelines, or call their customer service number and ask for details
about insuring the specific type of item you are shipping.
Q17: What if my item is not
exactly the right size to match a OnePak Shipping Supply Kit?
A: If the shape and size of your item is not
a "perfect match" for a Kit, please order the next largest
size such that all dimensions meet or exceed those of your item.
The air packaging systems in our BoxPak kits are designed to take
up all available space around your item, regardless of how closely
your item matches the shape of the box. For example, a 10"
long, 6" diameter vase would fit fine in our 14"x14"x10"
Medium BoxPak
even though it is not the same shape and size as the box. The inflatable
void-fill air bag is simply inflated more than usual, and surrounds
the vase and holds it in the center of the box during delivery.
Q18: What if my item just won't
fit in any of your available sizes?
A: Then please let
us know! We develop our product line based on customer needs,
and are always grateful for suggestions for new sizes and shapes.
(Note that we cannot make custom products unless you are shipping
a sizable volume, but if your size request is similar to others
we receive, we may create a Kit that matches your needs soon.)
Q19: I have heard that military
personnel can get free shipping kits for mailing parcels to enlisted
persons overseas. Am I in the right place?
A: No, the free military mailing supplies you
are referring to are different from the OnePak Shipping Supply Kits,
they are called "Care Kits" and supplied by the USPS,
not by OnePak. Please, call 1-800-610-8734 or visit this
